    Performance Application Terms & Conditions

    Performance applications are open for students and friends of Astarte Studio to showcase their individual work at selected studio events.

    TERMS & CONDITIONS!
    • Applications may be for solo, duet or group work.
    • All applications must fit in with the event theme and/or appropriate set themes.
    • All requested information must be completed for submission and consideration to
      ensure there is no doubling up on costumes, themes, props or concepts.
    • Applications may be submitted in person or via email. 
    • All applications must be received by the dates specified in the individual event
      description.
    • All music must be received in mp3 format (via email preferable) by the date specified
      in the event (or prepared on your device to stream directly in online events).
    • Due to limited places for solo work, your application does not guarantee your
      acceptance into the showcase.
    • Applications will be assessed based on individual merit; including concept, music,
      costume choice and appropriateness for the specific event.
    • By applying to perform publicly you acknowledge that footage may be taken that may
      be utilised in promotional material or on social media.
