    Performance Application Terms & Conditions

    Performance applications are open for belly dance and fusion artists of all levels who are attending the South Coast Seaside Soiree and belly Dance Expo. 
    Step 1. Make sure you have booked your time slot!
    Step 2. Fill out this form. The information will help us to program to ensure we have a lovely mix of acts on the day, ensuring there are no concurrent acts with similar music, props and costuming in the sets.

    *TERMS & CONDITIONS*
    • Applications may be for solo, duet or group performances.
    • As this is a public, community event, all applications must be appropriate for all ages.
    • All requested information must be completed for submission and consideration to
      ensure there is no doubling up on costumes, themes, props or concepts in programming.
    • All music must be received in mp3 format or on USB. (No screenshots or links to Spotify or YouTube will be accepted). Please email your music directly to Kylie  at [email protected]
    • Please provide 1-2 photos of yourself or your troupe for promotional purposes. Email photos to [email protected] 
    • By applying to perform publicly you acknowledge that photographs or footage may be taken that may
      be utilised in promotional material or on social media.
    • By participating you acknowledge that the organisers and venue are providing a safe space for performance and accept no liability for personal injury as the result of carelessness or an accident on behalf of other parties. We strongly encourage all dancers and schools to have their own insurance.
    • All applications and MUSIC must be received by SUNDAY 5TH JULY to allow us adequate time to get all promotional material ready and all media prepared and printed for the event.
